Indorama Ventures

Our background.

Indorama Ventures is a global chemical manufacturer with 140+ manufacturing sites and R&D centres across 35 countries and approximately 26,000 employees. The Lohia family, its largest shareholders, founded Volta Circle in 2020.

The company operates through four key divisions:

  1. Combined PET (CPET): The core of Indorama’s circular infrastructure, managing PET resin production and worldwide leader in bottle-to-bottle recycling.
  2. Indovinya (Specialty Chemicals): Focuses on green chemistry, surfactants, and functional ingredients for home care, personal care, agriculture and industrial applications.
  3. Fibers: Produces high-performance yarns for lifestyle, hygiene, and mobility markets and textile to textile recycled polyester.
